Characteristic future of spray drying technology is the use of the carrier which is maltodextrin. This technology’s final product is not 100% fruit, in contrast to freeze dried powders, but it can still be used to add color and fruit flavor.
We guarantee that powders stored in the original packaging, out of direct sunlight and at room temperature have a 24 months shelf life.

This is one of the smallest fractions available in our range. Unlike powder, we can distinguish individual pieces of fruit. In this fraction individual pieces will differ from each other. Small pieces of fruit make an excellent decoration, for example as a sprinkle for chocolate or muffins. Grits added to bars will match all the other ingredients and can also give some color and flavor.
